- Restricts water from entering the bilge using a glass ball that's retained inside the drain housing that presses up against one end of the flange with water pressure
- Drains bilge when the water pressure pushes the ball away from the seal and against a pin letting the water flow out freely
- The screw-in plug that can be tightened with a 9/16" wrench or with a round shaft like a srew driver in round ring
- If you forget to install the screw-in plug at the boat ramp this drain plug keeps the water out
