Easy install, hope the 3M tape holds up. Very bright
The LED strips are great, and easy to tie in to existing trailer wiring. Pretty bright and does the job. Buyer MUST be aware that the 3M adhesive backing does not stick to any powder coated or any other sprayed trailer. If your trailer is not bare galvanized or regular paint, be ready to improvise. I used gorilla glue to mount mine. Messy and a PitA, but it works. I wish they would come up with a hard mounted thin rail backing or something. I could have done that on my own as well, but just used what I had here at home. The light strips also DO NOT come in a rolled up protective container like in the picture, and there was only 4 wire connectors instead of the 8 needed.
i bought them and installed them in an hour using the connectors they provided just wish i had more connectors here they are installed from my instagram and facebook
What a waste of my time. I have a Nitro which has a coated frame, the super duper supposed to stick 3M DOES NOT STICK TO A COATED FRAME !!!!!! TH Marine should put this up as a disclaimer , so buyers would know before we buy it. Hell, I could have bought a 100 bucks in Lucky Craft crank baits and been happier. Also, there isn't enough wire to make all the proper connections, so go buy more 18 gauge wire before you even start. This is a major thumbs down for me.
Great so far. Lights stick well and are bright.
