Pricing Specialist

T-H Marine Supplies is the leading marine accessory manufacturer in the recreational boating industry. Since 1975 we have focused on building a winning team and developing unique products our customers want. We are searching for a Pricing Specialist to join our growing team.

The Pricing Specialist oversees the pricing needs of the organization. They keep updated costs, margins and selling prices on all products, maintaining the pricing strategy for each channel of sales. Opportunity for hybrid, remote work with consideration for fully remote for highly experienced candidate.

 

Responsibilities:

• Work with multiple departments, such as purchasing, sales, customer service and shipping to create, and keep updated, a single data base of all costs, margins and selling prices
• Work with other locations to consolidate all pricing information in the same format
• Produce quotes as requested by the customer service, sales, and product development departments
• Work with product development to set up new items in the system
• Analyze competitive information to help determine product placement
• Produce reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis summarizing product performance
• Organize and help implement pricing increases/decreases

 

Required Qualifications / Skills / Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Ability to create and manipulate Excel spreadsheets
• Good understanding of basic math skills including margins and percentages
• Proficient on Microsoft Office
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Highly motivated
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Desire to learn and grow in the position
