Earlier this year, when we started planning our Fuel The Fun giveaway and set aside over 30 boat accessories, care products, and fuel cards valued at over $2,700.00, we couldn’t wait to begin. And just like summer, those 13 weeks of giveaways went fast.
May was the start of it all, bringing fuel gift cards and T-H Marine hats. June ramped up with a variety of packages, including a $100 motor maintenance kit, a $175 led lighting package, a $200 trolling motor accessory package, and a $275 conservation package. And July? July had a $150 Star brite boat care kit, a $100 PartsVu package, a $100 YakGear package, and a $100 Gator Guards package — along with our grand prize giveaway.
Out of over 21,000 entrants, we ended up with 13 prize-winners, and a grand prize champ who was so surprised that he called our home office to make sure it was real. Of course, this is totaly understandable when there are so many phishing attempts and spammy messages nowadays, but it was smiles all around when we got to prove it was real.
