Huntsville, AL – November 16, 2017 – T-H Marine Supplies, Inc., of Huntsville, Alabama, announces it has hired two new employees to take on roles in the company's corporate leadership. Bryan Layton of Huntsville, Alabama will serve as Corporate Quality Director and Chuck Loeffelholz of Madison, Alabama will serve as Corporate Operations Manager. Both will set their sights on helping the company with manufacturing its expansive catalog of quality marine products.
"We're making big moves to grow our business in the right ways," T-H Marine CEO Jeff Huntley stated. "It's exciting to bring such high quality people to our organization and it will be even more exciting to see the extent of their impact on our organization to the larger fishing and boating community."
Both Bryan and Chuck bring extensive skillsets to T-H Marine. Using their backgrounds in manufacturing, development, and engineering, they will contribute to processes, quality controls, and more to strengthen the T-H Marine brand.
"We're thrilled about the future and the dramatic growth we have been experiencing," Huntley added. "Success is always a moving target, but we're hopeful about how this helps us usher in even better quality marine products and improved experiences for our customers."
Prior to joining T-H Marine, Bryan worked as a technical director, where he led development of computer-aided dispatch and records management software products for public safety organizations. He also took a two-year overseas assignment to open an offshore development office in Shanghai, China.
Prior to living in China, he led development of engineering software products used in the design, modeling, and construction of process plants, power plants, ships, and off-shore oil rigs.
Bryan received his bachelor’s degree in design engineering from Brigham Young University. He also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Alabama. Originally from Idaho and raised in southern California, Bryan has lived in Huntsville with his wife, Roxanne, since 1984. They have four sons.
Bryan likes to travel and tries to stay healthy by running and weight training. He has even run the Rocket City Marathon two times.
Chuck always had a love for boating and, for several years, he worked the docks and repair shops of Iowa’s Saylorville Marina. When the lake was no longer big enough, Chuck joined the Navy’s nuclear power program. This would become a 30-year Naval career serving in both submarines and surface ships.
Before coming to T-H Marine, Chuck worked with several medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturing companies, where he brought new manufacturing equipment online, optimized internal processes, and improved product quality.
Chuck and his wife, Nancy, have two grown children and have come to enjoy all that the Tennessee Valley area has to offer.
