Regional Pro Staff
The regional pro staff program is ideal for tournament anglers who are actively competing at the local or regional level and want to partner with a respected leader in the marine industry.
The ideal candidate is aligned with the following:
- Compete in regional or local bass tournaments
- Own and operate their own boat
- Actively use and trust T-H marine products
- Represent the brand professionally on and off the water
Regional pro staff members help promote T-H frame products through real-world use, local visibility, and authentic engagement with their fishing communities.
Guide Program
The guide program is designed for professional fishing and hunting guides who spend extensive time on the water and in the field and influence customers through hands-on experience. The ideal candidate aligns with the following:
- Operate a professional guiding business
- Use T-H marine products in daily operations
- Educate and inspire clients
- Serve as a positive ambassador for the outdoor lifestyle
